COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments Available
East Georgia Healthcare is providing COVID-19 vaccines for those who qualify on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at the Vidalia Community Center, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. Appointments are required. The steps to apply/request this vaccine are listed below:

Step 1

Step 2
Submit a copy of your insurance card. You can take a picture of the front and back of your insurance card and send it to this email address: Walkiria.Akridge@eghc.org, or If you prefer, you are welcome to stop by the clinic any time so we can photocopy your card. Write “uninsured” on the bottom of the demographic form in the insurance section if you are uninsured.
To Receive the Vaccine
If you are age 65 or older, or eligible for Medicare, you MUST bring your Medicare/Insurance Card OR provide your Social Security Number.
All others must present their insurance card, if insured, OR their Driver’s License or Social Security number.
Step 3
Once you have completed both links and we’ve received a copy of your insurance card, your registration is complete. We will contact you as soon as possible to verify receipt of your registration and schedule you an appointment.
Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed a first-round vaccination due to the availability. We strongly recommend submitting these documents to set up an appointment.
