Security Fee:
Events held with Alcoholic Beverage and/or 100+ people will be discussed by department head to determine whether Security is needed and the amount.
Extra Day Pricing:
- 2nd Day – ½ of Original Rental Fee
- 3rd Day – 1/3 of Original Rental Fee
Items Included in Rental Fee:
- 60” White Round Tables – Will hold 8 people at each table
- 8ft Iron Rectangle Tables
- Cocktail Tables
- White Fold out Chairs
- Set up all Tables & Chairs before event
Hours of Usage:
- 6:00 AM the morning of event until 12:00 AM the night of event
Booking Events:
Rooms are booked by first come first serve basis and Deposit is required the day of booking
